Background
The Urban League of Greater Atlanta launched the Transportation, Infrastructure & Equity (T.I.E.) Summit as a first-of-its-kind convening to examine how transportation and infrastructure investment intersects with economic equity, policy, and workforce development in historically underserved communities. Held in Atlanta, the two-day event featured high-profile speakers including Congressman Hank Johnson and GDOT Commissioner Russell McMurry, alongside panels, breakout discussions, and a MWBE showcase.
